We are thrilled to announce the launch of our new program:

Run.Sister.Run + Eat.Sister.Eat

Why did we create this program?
To help runners reach their goals and to finally feel good (no more tummy emergencies on race day)! Our nutrition plan was created with you specifically in mind with the help of Health & Wellness Coach Jaclyn Renee Wellness.
Combining a training plan + nutrition plan will ensure optimum output throughout your training and race day (and will most likely result in a new PR).
Program Details:
  • 12-16 week customized plan created by RRCA Certified Run Coach {Coach Stacy} + Meal Plan created specifically for runners by Health & Wellness Coach {Jaclyn Renee}.

  • Custom Plan Includes:

    • Accountability: Weekly email check-in + bi-weekly 15-30 min phone call check-in

    • Customization: Unlimited plan tweaking included

    • Strength: Avoid injuries by becoming a well-rounded athlete. Strength training + foam rolling guidelines included.

    • Nutrition: Learn how to properly fuel and nourish your body throughout your training + race day prep.

    • Community: Private Facebook Group for Unlimited Support + Motivation

    • Focus: This program is highly personalized, therefore it is limited to 10 people that are looking to improve and focus on their half marathon or full marathon time.
